Jim Gaona Ellis

Jim is a Mexican American from Phoenix, AZ who is currently living and teaching in Vienna, Austria. He works for AIS Vienna and outside the classroom consults with a particular focus in Design Thinking, UDL, and Tech. Designing structures for school improvement through these channels brings Jim the most satisfaction. He works with schools in Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America to help fantastic schools, businesses, and organizations take the next step in their own development. Finding the most challenging problems and jumping in is how he continues to play a small role in helping to shape what’s next in international schools.
